Should you wish to return an artwork, the return must be made within seven days of receipt of said artwork. A full refund will be issued to the purchaser upon receipt of the returned artwork by the vendor, provided it is undamaged. 50% of original postage costs will be deducted from the refunded amount for returned items. The purchase price of items damaged or broken in transit will be refunded to the purchaser in full provided notification of the damage is received within 24 hours of delivery and photographic evidence of the damage is provided to the vendor. The refund will be issued upon return to the vendor of the damaged item.
